A Little About Myself
Hi! I am Anjali and I am the in-house Psychologist and I meet with all of our Worker's Compensation clients for your Initial Evaluations and Permanent and Stationary appointments at Safe Space Counseling. I recently (October 2025) passed my Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) exam and am passionate about helping injured and disabled workers gain control of their lives again.
My gift as a therapist is my non-judgmental presence, and I believe people feel safe opening
up to me because of it. Even as a little girl I was highly intuitive and loved listening to other
people’s stories.
As an adult, supporting others has been one of my greatest joys.
I never tell cients what to do. Instead, I reflect back what I hear and share tools that help them
make the changes they know, deep down they are ready for. I’ve worked with many different
types of clients over the years, but I especially love supporting women, the LGBTQ+
community, and anyone navigating a transtion or meaningful change in their life.
A Little Bit About Me...
I have held many roles in my life, but the one I cherish most is being a mom. My boys are now
young adults, and watching their lifes unfold has been one of my greatest joys. I’ve always
been someone who take risks and follows her passions - this had led me to meany amazing
experiences, including becoming a therapist in my 20’s and a yoga teacher and studio owner in
my 40’s.
Two of the things that have supported me most over the years are movement and
mindfulness - exercise, breathwork, meditation and time in nature. I believe out mental,
emotional, physical and spiritual health are deeply connected and this is the lens I bring into
my work with clients.
